We value your satisfaction at Skin Trees. If something isn’t right, our return and refund process is simple, transparent, and fair. Please review the terms below before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened and unused.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in their original packaging, sealed, and free from damage.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned.
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos for verification.
6. Wrong Item Received
Received the wrong item? Email us — we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
7. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
8. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or email support@skintrees.com.
